Refund policy

Made to order

Every Fairway Frames print is produced to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect product, size, or colourway selection, or because the artwork appears different on screen than in print. Please review your course, edition, colourway, and size carefully before ordering.

Order changes and cancellations

Orders can be changed or cancelled only before production begins, which is typically within 12 hours of purchase. Contact us at info@fairway-frames.com as soon as possible. Once an order is in production it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Colour and screen variance

Printed colours can vary slightly from what you see on screen due to display settings and print processes. Minor colour variance is a normal characteristic of fine-art printing and is not a defect.

Custom Course Requests

For Custom Course Request orders, you are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide, including course name, location, spelling, and colourway. We print what you approve. Reprints required because of errors in customer-supplied information will be at your cost. Custom orders are non-refundable once production of the artwork has commenced.

Damaged or defective items

If your print arrives damaged or with a genuine manufacturing defect, contact us at info@fairway-frames.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Where a damage or defect claim is verified, we will provide a replacement reprint of the same item at no cost. Refunds in place of a reprint are at our discretion. Claims made after 7 days, or without photo evidence, may be declined.

Returns

We do not accept physical returns. Where a remedy is agreed, we will reprint and reship; the original item does not need to be returned unless we request it.
