Shipping policy
Production and dispatch
Every Fairway Frames print is made to order. Once your order is placed, it enters production with our print partner. Production typically takes 2-5 business days before dispatch. Orders are not held in stock and production begins promptly, so please review your order carefully at checkout.
Delivery estimates
Australian orders typically arrive within 2-8 business days after dispatch. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order is with the carrier, transit times are outside our control, and delays caused by the carrier, weather, peak periods, or events beyond our control do not entitle you to a cancellation or refund of the order.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. Please monitor tracking and contact the carrier in the first instance for delivery-day queries.
Shipping address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. If an order is returned to sender or fails to deliver because the address supplied was incorrect or incomplete, or the parcel was not collected, re-shipment will be at your cost. We are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched.
Lost or undelivered parcels
If tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, contact us at info@fairway-frames.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier. Where the carrier confirms a parcel as lost, we will offer a replacement reprint. Where tracking shows an item as delivered, we are not responsible for loss or theft after delivery.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
